I’m so sorry to hear that this poor dog is scared of humans! It sounds like she may have had a bad experience in the past.
It’s understandable why she would be scared and feel the need to hide.
It’s so heartbreaking that she’s so scared, but I’m sure with a lot of patience, kindness, and understanding, she will eventually come around.
Maybe try offering her some treats while speaking in a gentle and soothing voice to let her know that you just want to help her.
