Yesterday, GWARP got this case, a little dog was shoved into a hot tar and left on the street.
Our team has already headed to help the puppy. Judging by the video we received of the puppy,
his condition is very bad and intoxication has begun.
The puppy will be delivered to the clinic immediately and will do everything in the name of saving it. Any help is greatly appreciated….
