Removing An Immense Cuterebra Larvae From A Small Kitten’s Nose

When this little kitten came to us he was barely alive. He had a horrible upper respiratory and it was bleeding from the nose. The vet told us it is was from the upper respiratory infection and he had a very deep and wide laceration on the side of his face but after being on antibiotics and under vet care he improved and finally began eating on his own, purring and just wanted to be cuddled. But he still sounded stuffed up and his nose looked swollen even though he wasn’t show any sign of discomfort or pain and he was eating very well, someting just didn’t seem right so back to the vet and this is what they found, a Cuterebra.
