This poor little kitten had a giant Botfly Larvae in her nostril.
Botflies are the larval form of the bot fly.
The fly can lay its eggs anywhere, including the skin and even nose.
She was layed on her back so that the Botfly then can be visible and easy to be go out, it was all a success and pulled out fast.
