Hi there, I’m sorry you’re dealing with this issue. If you have access to tweezers, you may want to try to remove the botfly larvae manually.
Be sure to wear gloves and be extremely gentle with the kitten.
If the larvae are too deeply embedded, your best bet is to take the kitten to a veterinarian who can safely remove them. Good luck!
