It is heartwarming to see how fiercely protective mother dogs can be of their offspring, even in the harshest of weather conditions.
With temperatures plummeting to minus 15 degrees Celsius, it is no surprise that this mama dog is doing everything in her power to keep her four puppies safe and warm.
As the snow falls around them, the mama dog huddles close to her pups, using her body heat to shield them from the cold. She also uses her paws to dig a shallow trench in the snow, creating a cozy den for her little ones to snuggle into.
It is amazing to witness the resilience and resourcefulness of animals in the face of adversity. It is a testament to the strength and determination of motherhood, across all species.
