The image of a helpless animal lying on the side of the road is heart-wrenching. It’s difficult to imagine how long the poor creature has been there, unable to move or seek help. As you read those words,
you may feel a sense of sadness, frustration, or anger that nothing has been done to assist the animal. However, it’s important to remember that there are actions we can take to help animals in distress. Here are some steps you can take if you come across an injured animal:
