Botfly larvae maggot extracted from kitty nose

I’m sorry to hear that your cat has a botfly larvea maggot in its nose. It’s important to remove the maggot as soon as possible to prevent further complications.

There are a few ways you can do this. You can try using tweezers to gently remove the maggot.

If that doesn’t work, you can try using a topical anesthetic to numb the area and make the removal easier.

If all else fails, it’s best to take your cat to the vet for help. They can safely remove the maggot and make sure your cat is healthy and free from infection.
