I’m so sorry to hear about the four newborn puppies suffering from the bone chilling cold because they were abandoned under the rain.
It’s heartbreaking to think about their suffering. I would like to help in any way I can.
Are there any shelters or rescue organizations in the area that may be able to provide the puppies with a safe and warm place to stay?
If not, I’m sure there are many people in the community who would be willing to take the puppies in and provide them with the love and care they need. Please let me know what I can do to help.
